By the end of each calendar year, any retainer funds are converted to a consulting-days balance. The Nexus client has up to 18 months to use the balance. At the 18 month mark, the consulting-days balance will be assessed a 10% administrative fee. For each additional 6 months of inactivity, the balance is subject to a 10% administrative fee*.

At 36 months the retainer balance is forfeit.
