Tim BakerTim Baker
Mr. Baker has over 32 years of management and engineering experience. He began his career with Phillips Petroleum Company, was the CEO of a financial institution, and has worked with several non-profit charities.  For the last eight years, Mr. Baker has been active in the healthcare diagnostic industry, working in clinical and AP laboratories, blood banks, and with global IVD organizations. His experiences include:

Project management and implementation

Mr. Baker has led numerous engagements resulting in process and technology improvements.  Clients have acknowledged independent third-party evaluations that increased productivity and improved work flow activity.  He has provided both strategic and tactical counsel that produced significant economic benefit.

Mr. Baker has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from Southern Methodist University and was registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  He is a LHI Certified Master Trainer in Lean and is a ‘green belt’ in Six Sigma.

Brian Jackson
Mr. Jackson has 17 years of operations and strategic management experience.  He has worked primarily in the healthcare diagnostics industry applying process improvement and quality programs to create more efficient and viable organizations.  In addition, he has worked with some of the largest global healthcare providers to help identify market trends, product opportunities and cost containment measures for diagnostic products and services.  Other core competencies include software and sales tool design and development to enable organizations to position their products and services more effectively.  Mr. Jackson has worked with over 250 clients in 44 US states and 21 countries including Germany, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, and Italy.

Mr. Jackson has a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.  He is a LHI Certified Master Trainer and is a ‘black belt’ in Six Sigma.

Andrew Williams
Mr. Williams has 20 years of strategic consulting and project management experience.  Over the last 14 years, he has worked exclusively within healthcare diagnostics assisting both Laboratory Organizations as well as Diagnostic Companies to improve over-all effectiveness.  Mr. Williams has successfully led and managed numerous projects within the clinical, anatomic pathology, molecular, point-of-care, and transfusion medicine areas.

Projects for Diagnostic Companies have included R & D support, product studies, sales tool development, organizational alignment, service audits, and general marketing support services.  His laboratory experience spans from very small clinics and hospital laboratories to high volume reference facilities.  Projects have included performance review studies, Lean assessments, layout
design, technology integration assistance, RFP development and general change management facilitation.

Mr. Williams has a BA in Public Relations / Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a LHI Certified Master Trainer in Lean and holds a ‘green belt’ in Six Sigma.
